- Final allotment letter

- Passport size photo (six)
- Photo copies of all certificates and mark sheets from Class 12 onwards
- Demand Draft (DD)/cheque in the name of the Institute and hostel fees
- Photo copy of Aadhaar card
GIM Bhubaneswar Scholarships
GIM Bhubaneswar students are eligible for a wide range of scholarships offered under the norms laid down by the central and state governments. Students are offered scholarships based on merit, need and category sanctioned by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Govt. of Odisha.

The institute has a provision of accommodation for gents and ladies separately. There are 2 hostels each having a capacity of 150 beds. There is a provision of a multi-purpose hall for the student's committees.
Ragging Free campus
The Institute strongly adheres to anti-ragging policy and implements it through true spirit of actions.
Library
The collection at the library is an elaborate collection of books, databases, e-books, e-journals, audio-visual materials and cases, company annual reports, working papers and newspapers etc.
Cafeteria
The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.
Medical/Hospital
The college has a health center with first aid facility for the students.
IT Infrastructure
The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

• Admission for the MBA course is now open for the session 2026 - 2027 .Intersted candidates now can apply
for Registration/Admission.
•Eligibility: Any Graduate passed +3Arts/Science/Commerce or BBA/BCA/ B.Tech etcs. having 50% Marks in
Aggregate (For General Category Students)& 45% of Marks in Aggregate(For SC/ST Students) & must have
appeared & have valid Score in OJEE/MAT/CAT/CMAT/XAT/ATMA.
